Is this a real street address?
Yes. It’s the street address of our store plus your own suite number. It isn’t a PO box, so you can receive packages from any carrier.
What is USPS Form 1583?
The Postal Service requires a signed and notarized Form 1583 for anyone receiving mail at a mailbox store, along with two forms of ID. You upload them when you sign up. We’re happy to help at the counter.
Can I use it for my business?
Yes. Many customers use it as their business mailing address. Choose the Business or Unlimited plan for more mail and recipients.
Who can see my scanned mail?
Only you. Once a page is scanned, it goes straight to your account. Our staff can’t view it afterward.
How fast will I know my mail arrived?
We log mail the day it arrives. You get a photo in your account and, if you’d like, an email or phone notification right away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Just let us know and we’ll switch you to the plan that fits.
